Me and my husband are first time buyers. when we applied for an AIP we got declined, and that broker left us in the dark and said we won't be able to get an mortgage offer for at least one year. Then we found chartners morgages and within one phone call with Jack, he gave us so much reassurance and encouragement that we needed, and he gave us hope.
